Revolution Skincare Review: Is CBD really worth the hype?

So this year I'm really trying to get clearer skin, I've realised I've been being lazy about my skincare for far too long - not taking my makeup off before bed had led to blemish breakouts and dry patches of skin and my face was just a mess to be honest. Recently, I thought I'd treat myself to a couple of skincare bits and bobs and today I wanted to let you know my thoughts on them.

Over the past couple of years, CBD has experienced a surge in popularity and I was curious to see what the hype was all about so I decided to purchase some of Revolution's skincare CBD products to see what it's all about. Is it really as good as people are saying?

To start with, I use some of Garnier's micellar water to remove my make up, followed by their Organic lemongrass facial cleanser.

After that I go on to use Revolution's CBD tonic, I have no idea what a tonic is for but it feels like it works. My skin feels smoother and in better condition already. But again, I have no idea what the tonic is specifically for I just know it smells so fresh and lovely.

Then I use some of their CBD enriched serum, I use a few drops at a time and massage the serum into my face. Again, it seems to be working.

Then, after I've let the serum soak into my skin I use some of their moisturising cream. This moisturising cream is thick and feels super great on the skin.

Afterwards, I can't help but notice my skin looks way better almost immediately. After a few weeks of routinely using these products I notice my skin is way less spotty and is overall clearer and brighter looking. I'll definitely continue to use these products as I've noticed such an improvement in my skin and if you haven't tried CBD skincare yet, I'd definitely recommend trying it as it might just work for you.

  1. I know CBD oil is meant to be good for breakouts and blemishes, so it makes sense that this skincare range has helped your skin :) I've often considered incorporating CBD oil into my skincare routine but I just don't think it's necessary for my skin. Btw, a toner is supposed to help tone your skin, which means helping it have a more even tone and texture :) thanks for sharing your review, it's nice to hear about skincare products working

  2. Huh I'd never have considered a skincare range with CDB before. Good to hear about the benefits!
