NYX Love Contours All Palette Review

I'm back with another recent purchase and as usual I wanted to let you guys know my thoughts on it. So, here's my review for the NYX Love Contours All palette.

What drew me to this palette is its basically the whole package, you've got eyeshadow, highlighter, contour and brows in here and of course I got it from B&M (I don't know why but B&M are on point for make up lately) for just £6.99 so the fact it was cheaper appealed to me as well. But, is it any good?

To start with, the contours are both too dark for me. I have very fair skin so when it comes to contour I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do, they're either too dark or too orange and unfortunately this palette doesn't have a shade pale enough for me. I know contours supposed to be dark, but when I tried it on my skin it was just too contrasting and it looked awful.

The highlighters though are gorgeous and are both great colours for every day wear. They're not too blinding but there not as subtle as my Elf Baked Highlighter that I spoke about in my favourite high street highlighters blog post.

The eyeshadows on this are very neutral, so I have to reach for one of my revolution palette to add a pop of colour. Saying that though, I'm always using brown matte shades in eyeshadow looks so to have them all here is very useful.

I haven't used the brow part yet because I mostly stick to my Obsession Brow Goals 2 in 1 thingy, but I may use these in future.

So, overall, I'm quite pleased with the Love Contours All palette, while it wasn't neccessary for me to buy it, like I didn't really need any of the products in it, I'm still quite impressed with it as a whole and it'd be perfect for travelling - not that I do any travelling but you get the idea. It's a good palette and at B&M prices you can't go wrong.
