4 Ways To Start Your Year Off Right

There's no better excuse for a fresh start than a new year and so today I thought I'd list off 4 ways you can start your year off the right way and ensure you have the best 2020 possible.


Declutter:

Start your Spring clean early and get it done in January. Having a clear space will mean a clear mind and will help you in decision-making, relaxing amongst other things. Get rid of everything you don't want or need and you'll find that not only is your mind is a whole lot clearer because of it you'll also have space to carry out your creative hobbies if that's what floats your boat. 


Buy a Planner:

You're going to want to be organised and having a place to store all of your appointments, phone numbers and addresses is super helpful. Set Goals:

Make and stick to a New Year's resolution:

I know not everyone bothers with New Year's resolutions, but I really like doing them and seeing how long I can stick to them for. This year, my New Year's resolution is to quit smoking and I'm hoping to stick at that for the foreseeable future.
