3 Things I'm Grateful For This Month

In order to start seeing the positive in each month that passes me by, I thought I'd write down three things I'm grateful for each month. It's a way for me to start seeing the world as a more positive place and to start seeing my life as a more positive one. Rather than looking for the negative in everything, I'm making the conscious effort this year to notice the good. It's a new mini-series I'm starting here on the blog and I hope it inspires some of you to do the same. 

My friends & family:

 I really feel like I have a good support network around me at the moment and I really appreciate that. Without my friends and family around me for support, I'd feel quite lost. I had a tough year last year and I don't think I could of got through it without them, their support was definitely needed and appreciated.

My dogs:

 I love my dogs because they show love unconditionally, they give me a reason to do something each day, like cuddle them or walk them. They always brighten my mood when I'm at my lowest and they know how to put a smile on my face.

Having plenty of free time:

 At the moment, I've got plenty of free time to pursue all my favourite hobbies and I'm enjoying this transitional phase of life and using it as a chance to really chase my dream of being a freelance writer/etsy store owner.
