My skincare routine

Aeos Skincare: The premium brand that feels, well, premium.
I don't know where I'd be without this selection of products from Aeos!
I've been so fortunate lately, with the lovely Aeos skincare sending me their travel essentials pack, their 20 day nourishing treatment and eight beautifully scented perfume samples. I wanted to talk to you today about the wonder that is Aeos. I'm going to be focusing on the skincare aspect and letting you in on my new secret on how to achieve youthful looking skin. Oh, and did I mention their gentle range were the winner of the Natural Health magazines beauty awards last year? And Aeos are up for the award again in 2014. Sounds good, eh?
Products used are in order left-right with the Treatment in the
small ampoule in the front.

I start with Aeos Cleansing Oil. I squeeze a few pumps onto a cotton pad and rup in upwards motion on my face, focusing on all areas of the face. Enriched with a blend of oils, sesame and even avocado, this cleansing oil, whilst making your skin look frighteningly greasy at first, removes all impurities and make-up. Saving you from furiously rubbing make-up wipes that, let's face it, feel as rough as a badger's bum. Okay, that was an awful simile, but at least that gives you a clue at how fantastic it is. I then wash the cleansing oil off with some warm water. This opens up your pores ready for phase two.

Next I move on to the Dew Facial Wash, I spray this in pumps across my face, rub it in, then wash off with cold water. By now, my face feels pretty darn clean!

After cleansing and washing my face, I spritz on some Hydrating Mist lightly over my face and neck. This pretty much acts as a blast of cold water, but it's slightly more luxurious. What I love about this is that it's so quick and easy to use, you just spray and voila! Also, the fact it contains essences of crystals, including amethyst, emerald, quartz and my birthstone (opal!) makes it all the more desirable.

Almost there! I then use some of the Realive Syrum straight away after using the hydrating mist, this maximises the moisturising effect. This product, like all of Aeos' products, is completely natural in colour and smell, which means no nasty perfumes that could easily damage the more sensitive of faces.

Finally, I use the Aeos 20 day profound nourishing treatment. Opening one ampule, I simply rub onto the face and hey presto! We're all done.

That is my skincare routine, and the results were instant. I've received so many compliments saying my skin looks so much healthier and radiant. I've even grown the confidence to ditch my make-up and just use Aeos skincare products.
